kindred spirits is a dry-hire bartending service meaning in accordance with the Oklahoma ABLE Commission, we are legally unable to supply or sell alcohol for any occasion. alcohol will need to be purchased separately and provided to our team at the time of the gathering. for convenience and clarity, all packages will include a shopping list containing the recommended quantity of each alcoholic beverage as well as suggested brands to purchase. 

the bartenders and barbacks of kindred spirits are highly skilled and friendly people who are dedicated to hosting your event and creating meaningful experiences. each package includes licensed, insured, and professional staff, thoughtful planning, and above and beyond service. whether it’s a community event, dinner party, staff celebration, alcohol-free experience, birthday, engagement party, wedding, or baby shower, we don’t just pour spirits, we bring them together.

pricing does not include the cost of alcohol but instead reflects the fees associated with staffing and supplying all necessary items for a professionally ran bar service such as labor, set up / take down time, small wares (cups, napkins, straws), tools, ice, mixers, etc. extended hours, total guest counts, and any additional services will determine the final package cost. at the time of booking, a deposit of 50% or more will be accepted with any remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event’s date. alcohol will need to be purchased separately and provided to the kindred spirits’ team at the time of the gathering.

tell us about your gathering, reason for the event, the vibe, and estimated guest count. we'll help you pick the perfect package option(s).

Curation & Consultation

we will schedule a meeting to discuss the menu and bar preferences. a proposal will then be prepared and sent over for review.

once the proposal is approved, secure the date by signing our bar service contract and submitting a 50% deposit for booking.

Menu + Prep

leading up to the event we will prepare a menu design for approval and review the details a final time. a shopping list will be sent over with our suggestions for alcohol purchases.

Event Day

our team will bring the tools and you bring the booze. we will cover all bar ware, tools, and ingredients for seamless service and you bring the alcohol. remaining alcohol will be returned to you at the end of the event.
